And they appointed two: Joseph called Barsabas, who was surnamed Justus, and Matthias.And they prayed and said, "Thou, Lord, who knowest the hearts of all men, show us which of these two Thou hast chosen, that he may take part of this ministry and apostleship from which Judas by transgression fell, that he might go to his own place."- ACTS 1:22-25

They are not the Diocese's MC but they are MMHC priests who acts as Master of Ceremonies.

Leviticus 8:12 "And he poured of the anointing oil upon Aaron's head, and anointed him, to sanctify him."
Make these into a sacred anointing oil, a fragrant blend, the work of a perfumer. It will be the sacred anointing oil.- EXODUS 30:25
(Because of the special indult or exception, white cassocks are worn here in the Philippines and other tropical countries because of the weather, but Black Cassocks are the norm for acolytes (lay or seminarians) priests and bishops)
